BirchTree Bread Company opened in Worcester in 2021 under owners Alexis and Nate, who between them have spent over four decades in restaurant kitchens. The restaurant makes everything from scratch—breads baked fresh daily, hand-cut fries, house-made salad dressings, and creamy aiolis. They serve breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, and pizza alongside catering and wholesale offerings. The space itself, called "the Tree," has established itself as a venue for weddings, parties, and everyday gatherings since the original business opened in 2014.
