Vegan Pizza Land started as a pandemic side project in Will Meyer's apartment—sourdough personal pizzas topped with homemade cashew cheese and farm-share ingredients—before the operation outgrew its kitchen. Now based out of a wood-fired Airstream trailer at Abandoned Building Brewery's beer garden in Easthampton, the pizzas blend New York and Neapolitan styles. Beyond pizza, the operation runs a separate Coffee Counter in town offering focaccia, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches, with additional lunch service available at Tunic in Northampton. The business continues to take on pop-ups and catering work alongside its regular service from the Airstream.
