Piesanos occupies a downtown Burlington location that was previously home to Junior's Downtown, but with fresh ownership and a revamped menu centered on hand-tossed New York-style pizza. The kitchen sources bread from Stewart's Bakery and makes its tacos, sandwiches, and desserts in-house. Beyond pizza, you'll find both hot and cold sandwiches alongside house-made desserts. The restaurant operates as locally owned and handles dine-in, carry-out, delivery, and catering. They extend a 15 percent student discount (with UVM ID for dine-in) and offer a 10 percent reduction for downtown employees.
