Pienza Brick Oven Pizza Café is a social enterprise eatery owned by Lois & Richard Nicotra that gives 100% of its profits to scholarships and grants for local non-profit groups. The restaurant is located in Corporate Commons Three in the Corporate Commons Complex in Staten Island and features pizza and other items made with locally sourced fresh ingredients, much of which is grown on their rooftop organic farm.
