Marlboro House of Pizza opened in 1964 when Stavros and Vasiliki Economou, Greek immigrants, established what became a local institution. The restaurant is known for its homemade meatball subs, a specialty that helped drive early success—the shop was moving 700 to 800 pizzas a day from the start. The business has remained in operation for nearly 60 years under successive ownership, with current operators Mike and Ayman Morcos maintaining the original recipes. The restaurant also serves Broaster chicken, pressure-fried using the brand's proprietary method. Located on Main Street, it operates Monday through Saturday.
