Dirty Water Dough Company takes its name from The Standells' 1960s ode to Boston, and leans into the reference by brewing its own Dirty Water IPA and using it as a secret ingredient in the pizza dough. The result is a thin, crispy crust that arrives hand-stretched from the oven. The menu ranges from straightforward classics like Margherita and Pepperoni to more adventurous combinations—Green Monster (pesto, goat cheese, tomato), Big Papi (broccoli rabe and sausage), and Dirty Taco (ground beef, Doritos, sour cream). The dough is egg, nut, and dairy-free, with vegan cheese available as a substitute. The East Boston location sits at 20 Maverick Street.
