Unregular Pizza was created by Gabriele Lamonaca, who began experimenting with pizza recipes during COVID-19 lockdown. The restaurant serves pizzas baked squared in the signature Roman style, including the signature Burrapizza topped with whole burrata. The restaurant was born from a community-based bartering system where pizzas were exchanged for homemade goods.
