Trattoria Romana Lincoln occupies a cozy dining space in a small plaza just outside the town center, where Chef Luciano Canova draws on Roman culinary traditions and his childhood spent on a farm outside Rome. The restaurant serves homemade Italian food prepared with fresh ingredients, presented in a setting decorated with charming murals. Canova trained at the Culinary Institute of Italy and developed his craft throughout Europe before bringing this concept to Lincoln. The space includes both dining areas and a refined bar, open Tuesday through Sunday evenings.
