The Artisan Pig sits a block from the Plymouth waterfront on Court Street, in what their website calls Downtown Plymouth's original wood-fired pizza restaurant. They build their pizzas on sourdough crust made fresh daily from a house starter they've maintained since 2020, then fire them in an Italian-imported wood oven. Beyond pizza, the kitchen handles its own bread, cheese, dressings, and desserts in-house. Their cocktail menu rotates seasonally with fresh-squeezed juices and homemade syrups; they also stock over 30 beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options. The dining room offers multiple seating styles—bar stools, tables, and window seats overlooking the harbor—plus a large communal table for groups. They've been voted Best Pizza on the South Shore in 2022 and 2024. The restaurant handles catering through a wood-fired pizza trailer and partners with delivery apps for takeout orders.
