Scarlet Deli & Pizza is a multi-concept restaurant on the Rutgers campus featuring three distinct kitchens under one roof: a deli serving breakfast sandwiches, heroes, burgers, and classic pizza; Pizza Twist offering Indian fusion and traditional pizza with tandoori, tikka and masala flavors; and Taco Twist serving fusion tacos, burritos, and Indian-inspired street food. The restaurant operates extended hours and offers student discounts including free dessert on orders over $30, 20% off pizza during happy hour (2-5pm), and 5% off with a Rutgers ID.
