Piecasso has been delivering pizza and smiles in Stowe for two decades, grounded in a Sicilian recipe that has remained unchanged across three generations and 30 locations. The kitchen turns out Sicilian and Grandma-style pies alongside housemade pastas like the Pasta Rovetto—Black Tiger shrimp with white wine brown butter sauce—and creative drinks such as the Strawberry Jalapeno Margarita. Garlic knots and a straightforward Pizza Margherita round out the core offerings. The restaurant sources from local farms whenever possible and operates a bar stocked with whiskey, scotch, and Vermont whiskey selections. Beyond counter service and delivery, Piecasso maintains a dining room with areas for children and hosts Trivia Tuesday nights from 7–9 p.m.
