Pawtucket House of Pizza has operated on Smithfield Avenue for over four decades under owner Peter Kakisis. The wood-fired oven is the centerpiece of the operation, turning out pizzas with a charred crust and melted cheese. Beyond pizza, the kitchen handles steak sandwiches—sliced grilled steak with sautéed vegetables, melted cheese, and au jus for dipping—along with pasta dishes, salads, and a variety of grinders and sandwiches. The dining room maintains a traditional, cozy atmosphere with classic decor.
