O'Scugnizzo Pizzeria was founded in 1914 by Eugeno Burlino, who originally sold only tomato pie (pizza without mozzarella cheese) for a nickel. The restaurant is still in business in Utica and is now run by Steven Burline. They offer a shipping service that delivers bake-at-home pizzas with toppings of choice throughout the continental U.S.
