For eating, the kitchen turns out breakfast sandwiches built on bagels and French waffles—the Paddle Boston stacks bacon, cage-free eggs, ham, tomatoes, mayo, European cheese, and greens on a waffle; the Alcorn Street brings heat with spicy sausage, smoked bacon, jalapeño smear, and sharp cheddar; the Braintree Street goes lighter with egg whites, avocado, cream cheese, and a parmesan peppercorn dressing. Sides include Cajun-spiced tater tots. The shift from quiet café to busier diner happened recently enough that the two identities still coexist in the space at 111 Brighton Ave.
