Nino's Pizza is a slice shop on MacIntyre Lane in downtown Middlebury that does hand-tossed pizza made in small batches. They par-bake and flash-freeze whole pies in-house, vacuum-seal them, and sell them as take-and-bake options with baking instructions included—useful if you want to finish one at home or on a grill. By the slice, they run an all-day special of two slices plus a soda for $8.29. On Mondays, you can add a $5 cheese pizza to any whole pie order. Beyond pizza, they serve wings, salads, and rotating weekday lunch specials. Call ahead to order for pickup.
