Kingdom Brewing sits on Coburn Hill Road in Newport, Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, operating as a working farm brewery that integrates cattle raising with beer production. Owners Brian and Jenn Cook brew craft beers using locally sourced ingredients—American grains combined with maple sap, spruce tips, and berries from their own farm and greenhouse. The operation runs on sustainable practices: water flows directly from their wooded land, wood heat powers the brewhouse year-round, and a geothermal system cools fermenters. Spent grain feeds their Angus cattle, which fertilize the greenhouse that supplies ingredients back into the beer. The taproom, called the BrewCabin, opens Friday and Saturday with twelve rotating taps and hosts live music on summer weekends. The space welcomes families and dogs.
