Juliana's is Patsy Grimaldi's return to 19 Old Fulton Street in DUMBO, the address under the Brooklyn Bridge where he first built his reputation. He opened it in 2012 and named it for his mother. Pies come out of a hand-built coal-fired oven with a thin crust that sits somewhere between Neapolitan and classic New York.
