Goodman's American Pie has operated from the same spot in Ludlow since 2000, run by a family team working out of a converted 1963 VW Bus that serves as their counter. All their pizzas come wood-fired and made with fresh ingredients, and they rotate monthly and seasonal specials throughout the year. The setup is deliberately unpretentious—they keep things simple and fun.
