DiBlasi's Subs has occupied the same spot on Broadway in Everett since 1952, operating under current owner Greg Trentino, who started working there at 15 and later took over the shop. They make their chicken and veal cutlets, meatballs, and eggplant in-house, shave steak fresh daily for their subs, and stock a menu that includes calzones, pasta, pizza, and a pepper and egg sub. The operation sources fresh ingredients each morning and prepares subs to order. The place draws repeat customers across generations, and has been used for catering by local groups and organizations.
