Birthright Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant at 57 South Main Street in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. A wood-fired oven and a three-day-proofed wild-starter dough produce its artisan pies, among them a Carbonara, a Margherita, a red-and-white capicola and prosciutto pizza called The Cure, and a truffle version.
